Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle: Lead outbound prospecting, discovery, scoping, closing, and seamless client handoff.
- Drive enterprise adoption: Sell custom and semi-custom AI deployments to executive stakeholders across multiple industries.
- Execute hybrid GTM motions: Orchestrate outreach via email, LinkedIn, network-driven meetings, and compelling pitch decks.
- Partner with leadership: Collaborate with founders to refine pricing, packaging, and messaging for different ICPs.
- Build scalable sales systems: Contribute feedback on playbooks, tools, and strategies to enable repeatable GTM success.
- Expand strategic relationships: Develop accounts into multi-year, multi-line-of-business partnerships.
Skills & Attributes
- 5–8 years in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or agency sales with a track record of closing 6– and 7–figure deals.
- Consultative, solution-based sales experience, ideally in digital transformation, AI/ML, automation, or systems integration.
- Founder-minded and proactive, able to operate independently and own outcomes.
- Technical fluency and sales engineering mindset; adept at translating business challenges into AI solutions.
- Expertise with modern GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and leveraging automation in outbound efforts.
Bonus Skills
- Experience selling bespoke, consultative solutions in digital transformation or AI.
- Comfort with complex stakeholder management across VP, CTO, and CEO levels.
- Deep curiosity about the intersection of AI, automation, and business impact.
