Role Summary
Join us to build the orchestration layer for our agentic AI platform. You'll design secure and scalable services powering lead intelligence, workflow management, and third-party integrations.
Responsibilities
- Build high-concurrency APIs with NestJS, TypeScript, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL.
- Architect and maintain job queues, webhooks, and workflow schedulers.
- Secure API endpoints with auth guards, RBAC, and input validation.
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver low-latency, high-throughput backend systems.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Node.js (NestJS preferred) and backend services.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB schema design, indexes, and data lifecycle patterns.
- Hands-on with API security, data access controls, and request throttling.
- Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and designing systems under scale.
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus) is a plus.
